That's Shooter Jennings, one of Darin's favourites.
I have to stay on Darin's good side, because he is trained in the use of restraints, confinement and pepper spray. And not in a fun way, pervs.
Honestly, they have taken a classic Dire Straits song and destroyed it. Who is that? How dare they? I am insulted and appalled!
