The hair! The hair is incredible! I've never seen the video before, but I love when Adam Sandler sings it on The Wedding Singer. Whoever choreographed this video was a genius.
The hair, the clothes, the synthesizer music... timeless, tasteful, understated. You are so right Megan - a classic :)
Most directors would go for subtlety, but not this guy. He has the backup singers spinning (like a record, baby).
Is the eye patch a fashion statement? He doesn't seem to need it -- yet it's still there! He's a mystery wrapped in an enigma.
OOHH!! Flashback to a college tequila party! For some odd reason, Love and Rockets is stuck in my head...
The pink Star Trek jacket is sublime, really. And the gold lame semaphore flag? Can't be beat.
